My Story

From surviving
to simply loving.

Hello there — I'm Susan. I look perfectly normal, don't I?

The truth I stopped hiding

Let me tell you about the level of abuse I endured in my life — and hopefully none of you have ever had to go through it. There was a time I believed pretending was the only way to survive. That if I looked normal enough, smiled wide enough, achieved enough, no one would see what was underneath.

But the body keeps the score, and so does the mind. The health problems, the trauma, the neglect I experienced as a child — none of it disappeared just because I refused to look at it. It simply went quiet and ran the show from the shadows.

So I went looking. Through years of my own healing — physical, psychological, philosophical, spiritual — I had to learn what actually works and what only looks like it works. I discovered there is hope on the other side. And I discovered the most freeing truth of all: I don't have to pretend anymore.

Out of that journey, I built a system. A way to release the trauma of my past, so I don't write it again into my future. A way to stop reacting from old beliefs and start choosing from love. I called it the Simply Love Process™, and it changed the entire shape of my life.

Now I share it with people who are tired of pretending too. People ready to stop managing their pain and start releasing it. People ready to simply love the truth of who they are — not who they've become — and to build a life of their own creation.

"Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."

If any of this feels familiar, you're not broken and you're not alone. Let's talk.
